Casinhas da Figueira is situated in the heart of the Costa Vicentina natural park. In the picturesque and tranquil village of Figueira, a stone’s throw from nature.

The cottages are located in our lush garden with loads of privacy, fruit trees, BBQ areas and much more. Each house has its own private terrace, and access to the shared gardens. The perfect place to relax and enjoy alfresco dinners.

Between the 4 different size casinhas (houses) you will find the perfect fit for your group. Whether it’s for a family with kids, a group of friends or just a couple. We strive to offer you a comfortable and authentic Portuguese accommodation.
Casinha 1 and 2 are suitable for couples and casinha 3 and 4 are larger with 2 bedrooms each.

We also have groups book several casinhas at the same time. Like this they have the comfort and privacy of their own space but still near each other.

Surrounding Area

There are many beautiful hikes to do straight out of the door. The Rota Vicentina passes near us too!

Vila do Bispo, Lagos and Sagres are the bigger towns in the vicinity. These towns are lovely to explore. Fresh fish and vegetable markets, amazing coastlines and boat trips are just some of the activities you can find in the area.

The Real Western Algarve

One of the most unspoilt natural beaches, Praia da Figueira is only a 15 min walk through nature. This beach is only accessible on foot so even in the high season it’s not too busy.

If you like to experience the local lifestyle, wake up to the birds singing, BBQ the fresh fish from the market, sunbathe in the garden and explore the coast, this is the place for you!
